2. Hire Agreement

2.1 Booking and Payment: You agree to provide accurate booking information, including the type of scaffold required, booking dates, and payment details. Payment is due as per the agreed terms, and late payments may incur additional charges.

2.2 Delivery and Installation: We will deliver and install the scaffold as agreed upon. You are responsible for ensuring the designated installation area is suitable, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations.

2.3 Use of Scaffold: The scaffold must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with safety regulations. Any alterations or modifications must be approved in writing by us.

2.4 Safety and Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring the scaffold is used safely and complies with all applicable safety standards and regulations. Any misuse or violations may result in termination of the hire agreement.

2.5 Maintenance and Inspection: Regular maintenance and safety inspections are your responsibility. You must report any defects or issues immediately.

3. Liability and Insurance

3.1 Liability: We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss that occurs during the use of our scaffold, unless it results from our negligence or breach of contract.

3.2 Insurance: You are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against any potential liabilities, including third-party injuries or property damage.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate the hire agreement immediately if you breach these terms or if safety concerns arise.

4.2 Termination by You: You may terminate the hire agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

5. Privacy

We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
